I offer 30 and 55 min private session on Pilates equipment** and duet/small group classes in Pilates Mat

Current ON-LINE Classes(email me to register and see if it’s the right class for you):

MONDAYS : 11:30AM-12:45PM: ONLINE MELT® CLASS (MELT® roller utilized)

WEDNESDAYS: 8:15AM-9:00 BASIC-INTERMEDIATE HYBRID PILATES MAT/MELT class (MELT® roller utilized)

I have an ongoing list of people interested in joining a class at different times so perhaps we can start a new class (In person or online)-just contact me!
